Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect email messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you wish to forward messages from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
